Greek Yogurt, Granola, Blueberries, OH MY!

What you put in your food can often help the way you look on the outside. From its affects on your nails, hair, skin, teeth, and helping you maintain a healthy life style,what you consume will play its role.

One of the most important lessons I have learned being a college student juggling, work, homework and sorority life is that BREAKFAST really is the most important meal of the day. Now I know what you are thinking, how can we as college students find time to get up and cook a breakfast every morning? Well I don’t I found a yummy solution, that when done right can also be a healthy choice, GREEK YOGURT.

With all the ingredients ready in your kitchen, prep time can be 5-10 mins! Here are some of my favorite ways to prep my Greek yogurt! As to what time of Greek yogurt I use, it depends on what is avilable, but my favorite is Yokos Greek Yogurt.


The Apple-Banana Special-K Surprise

  3. Small teaspoon of Trader Joe’s Apple Honey
  4. Sliced Banana

The Cherry-Banana-Honey Crunch

  4. Fresh Blueberries
