If you don’t have time to craft the following ideas, these Greek bracelets from [JewelErry are the perfect, inexpensive gift to give!
Not only do they have individual sororities ($12 each), but they also have bracelets specifically for bigs and littles! I bought them for my big and I and we both wear them all the time.
AND, THERE’S ANOTHER GIFT FOR YOU! I am a campus representative at Jewelerry.com for Oneonta, so if you decide to order these bracelets or anything off the website, use my rep code TAYLORONEONTA at checkout for a free bracelet with every order!
Whenever I’m bored, you can find me pinning away crafting ideas on my Pinterest account. Canvases are the perfect gift for your big/little because you can personalize them however you like and they are so inexpensive. All you need for the perfect canvas is: an idea, a canvas, paints, and paint brushes! Below are two canvases that my sisters have created for their littles if you are looking for a quick idea!
This is the perfect gift for a 21st birthday! Puffy paint is my favorite thing to decorate wine/shot glasses with. If you decide to use regular paint, make sure you don’t paint too close to the rim because that could be toxic! Ribbon, gems, and stick-on pearls are cute additions to add.
Decals and stickers are such cute, inexpensive gifts for your big/little. My favorite websites for decals are Amazon and Etsy and the best site for stickers is Redbubble! You can put these stickers on your folders, binders, notebooks, laptop cases, phone cases - the possibilities are endless!
In my chapter, it is common for littles to give their big sisters paddles for their 21st birthday! Modge podging a picture of the two of you adds a nice personal touch.
It is a tradition in our chapter that bigs make stuffed letters for their littles upon initiation. However, these would be the perfect gift to give any sorority girl on her birthday! The process of making them is a little tedious, but once they are done, they are the perfect addition to any room. All you need is foam board, stuffing, an exacto knife, hot glue gun, and fabric/ribbon if your choice. For these Phi Sig letters, you would typically use 3 pieces of foam board, around 2 feet of fabric, one reel of ribbon, and less than a full bag of stuffing!
This is probably the most simple gift to create, because all you need is a wooden initial, some paints, and a paint brush! You can add on flowers, gems, ribbons, or anything else you can find at your local craft store to accessorize! If you want to go a step further, you could even give your big/little their initials or full name.
This frame is composed of 4 different picture frames hot glued together an decorated with paints and glued on flowers! This is a fun way to add multiple pictures of you and your big/little and you can paint it to be their favorite colors and patterns!
Shout out to my sisters for being so crafty!
