Making a Splash: Delta Gamma's Anchor Splash!

After countless hours of practicing in freezing cold pools until 2 in the morning, this weekend was finally Delta Gamma’s Annual Anchor Splash competition to support their philanthropy, Service for Sight! ** This year, 6 sororities and 8 fraternities from USF all participated in this competition which combines synchronized swimming, dancing, and stunting in the water! There were close to 1000 people in attendance to watch the competition and to donate to Service for Sight and the winning sorority was Alpha Delta Pi, with Sigma Delta Tau coming in at second and Kappa Delta taking home the third place trophy! This year’s winning fraternity was Pi Kappa Phi, with Pi Kappa Alpha at second and Sigma Chi in third! Everyone who participated did an excellent job in showing off all of their hard work from the past month! **Here’s a few clips from this year’s event!
